The Parish of St. Anthony of Padua, Iriga City

During one of the afternoon breaks of the Assembly of the Superiors of SIERVAS DE JESUS DE LA CARIDAD, Mother Lourdes -- the superior of the formation house -- invited me to visit the newly refurbished parish church of St. Anthony of Padua, Iriga City. And, we went there all together with the Sisters serving as my guides.
I was struck by the beauty of the church and its rich expressions of faith through arts. Looking at its sanctuary and main altar reminds me of the Golden Altar in front of the Throne of God in heaven [Revelation 8:3] and the presence of the Lamb of God right in the middle of the Heavenly Hosts [Revelation 5:5-6].   6. Wonderful pictures and truly a beautiful church. I was fortunate to visit there in January 2011. Me and my Filipina fiance Francia Oblino are marrying there this July 18th 2011. I am thrilled to be able to marry before god in such a beautiful surrounding... God Bless
