Madonna and Child by Vichieti Uffizi, 1457The coming debate on Reproductive Health Bill in Philippine Congress scheduled next week is very crucial for our struggle for the Gospel of Life. The proponents of this immoral Bill are determined to railroad the passage of the said Bill by shortening the debate rules before the General Assembly.
Let us pray that the Holy Spirit will enlighten the mind of our Pro-Life legislators to be able to successfully block this Bill. May the same Holy Spirit enlighten the mind and heart of those who are in favor of the Bill, for them to see the value and dignity of human life from conception and change their stand.
The CBCP sent emissaries to presidentiables so that the position of the Church shall be heard and taken into considerations. May the Lord open the heart of our leaders to the truth of faith and the beauty of life. May the intercession of Mother Teresa, of John Paul the Great, of Cardinal Sin and of Tita Cory bring miracle for Life Protection in our Land.

Yes, it is true. That is unfortunate. However, being an ardent Catholic I believe that Noynoy wil be open to the stand of the Church once the Bishops explained to him the definitive stand of the Church.
