Marian Contest Held in Aemilianum College Last Aug. 15, 2009, Part 1 Opening Ceremony

Our Lady of Peace... of Fatima

Last August 15, 2009 the AITV5 celebrated the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary by having a Marian Contest about the Feast of Mary. The competition involved: Essay Writing, Poetry Writing, Oratorical and Art Works depicting the Assumption.

More than 30 students from various schools in Sorsogon City participated. This event was spearheaded by Mr. Danovan, an ACI College Teacher and carried live by AITV5. The ACI Student Council leaders led by president Mr. Anjoe Jesalva of Engineering Department led the organizing committee.
