The People's Campaign for Noynoy Candidacy

One of the fansites dedicated to advance the Presidential candidacy of Sen. Benigno 'Noynoy' Aquino III has reached more than 60,000 followers and is growing rapidly. The NOYNOY PHENOMENON is sweeping the entire nation: presidential aspirants were withdrawing their candidacy, people from all sectors are organizing groups to promote his candidacy and the same are gathering fund raising campaign to combat the well-oiled and machinery of the Administration.

This is the modern version of People Power against Marcos and the KBL party in 1986 employed for the victory of Mrs. Corazon C. Aquino. The difference, however, lies in the fact that modern use of technology makes organization, communication and sharing of ideas much faster this time.

All surveys show the overwhelming lead of Sen. Noynoy. All his sorties are met with rapturous response from the people. And campaign contributions are overflowing from squatter areas to the doors of the rich and the famous. Artists from various fields are volunteering help his campaign and thousands of volunteers have come out.
