ST. JEROME EMILIANI BIBLE QUIZ BEE 2010 SPONSORED BY THE SPLENDOR OF THE CHURCH, Part 1

Last February 8, 2010 our School celebrated the Feast of our founder and patron ST. JEROME EMILIANI. Also our school celebrated its 25th Foundation Anniversary. As part of this Silver Jubilee celebration the Apologetic program THE SPLENDOR OF THE CHURCH sponsored the St. Jerome Bible Quiz.

More than a hundred High School students from 11 schools in Sorsogon Province participated. Three of these schools are Catholic schools and the rest are National High Schools and Private Non Religious Schools.

The Bible Quiz Bee became possible due to diligent cooperation and leadership of Mrs. Dionesia Sesbreno our ACI High School Principal and her son Chris Sesbreno for preparing the necessary materials. Fr. Abe, CRS prepared the questions with Ms. Mary Ann Diesta. He also served as the Quiz Master giving the final decisions on questions from the participants. Mrs. Joy Eleazar served as Emcee.
