Good day...We have a strong basis(not on our own opinion like what others do) on the true nature of Christ. Many believes that Christ's nature is Spirit...Does your church really knows what are the characteristics of a Spirit?Let's say that if Christ really is a spirit, then why did he experience death, he feel hungry, he fell thirsty, he has blood and a characteristics of a human, and above all, he was created... Who therefore created Him, himself also? Come to think of it...
We do not have our own version of 'far east'...There is a book, I'm sorry but I forgot the name, which clearly states that the Philippines is almost exactly at the center of what has been referred to as the 'far east'... This is not our own opinion, but the history tells itself.
Bro. Felix Y. Manalo is an angel ascending from the east does not really mean that he has a wing, wearing white dress and whatever characteristics of an angel as what you've known. It is clearly stated in the Holy Scriptures that he was prophesied to teach the good news of salvation... Siya ang katuparan ng hula na nakasulat po sa Revelation kung saan ilalabas nya sa maling aral ang mga tao at para makaalam ng katotohanan...Pagkatapos nito ibabalik din nya sa dating tahanan ang Iglesia na natalikod noong umakyat na sa langit si Cristo at namatay na ang mga apostol...Time is too short for me to explain these...By the way, I'm a member of the Iglesia ni Cristo.

[Good day...]
Good day too.
[We have a strong basis(not on our own opinion like what others do) on the true nature of Christ.]
I think you have a very poor basis for your doctrine.
[Many believes that Christ's nature is Spirit...]
We CAtholics are many and we are the most numerous. Our teaching is that Christ has two natures: Divine and Human.
[Does your church really knows what are the characteristics of a Spirit?]
We know the characteristics of a Spirit because we are better Philosophers than you.
[Let's say that if Christ really is a spirit, then why did he experience death, he feel hungry, he fell thirsty, he has blood and a characteristics of a human,]
Christ experienced death, hunger and thirst... because He INCARNATED [Jn 1:14]. He became man. That is why He has Human Nature. But before that He is God [Jn 1:1]. Thus, He has first and foremost a Divine Nature.
IF CHRIST IS HUMAN ONLY THEN HOW DID HE EXIST BEFORE ABRAHAM WAS? BEFORE HIS BIRTH JESUS WAS WITH GOD SAYS ST. JOHN. BEFORE HIS BIRTH WAS JESUS DIVINE OR HUMAN? HE, HE, HE... DIVINE... THE WORLD WAS GOD... AS GOD HE WAS PURE SPIRIT UNTIL HE INCARNATED.
[and above all, he was created...]
Where is that in the Bible that Jesus is created? Jesus is BEGOTTEN but not created.
[Who therefore created Him, himself also? Come to think of it...]
COME TO THINK OF IT... WHERE IN THE BIBLE DOES IT SAYS THAT 'JESUS IS CREATED'?
[We do not have our own version of 'far east'...]
YOU HAVE. YOU ARE CLAIMING THAT THE BIBLE SPEAKS OF THE PHILIPPINES AS THE FAR EAST. THE BIBLE NEVER SPEAKS OF THE PHILIPPINES AS THE FAR EAST.
[There is a book, I'm sorry but I forgot the name, which clearly states that the Philippines is almost exactly at the center of what has been referred to as the 'far east'... This is not our own opinion, but the history tells itself.]
THAT IS JUST THE OPINION OF THE AUTHOR OF THAT BOOK. OUR DOCTRINE MUST BE FROM THE BIBLE AND YOUR FAITH TELLS YOU THAT YOU MUST FOLLOW THE BIBLE ALONE. WHERE IN THE BIBLE DOES IT SAYS 'THE PHILIPPINES IS FAR EAST'? WHERE? CHAPTER AND VERSE PLEASE.
[Bro. Felix Y. Manalo is an angel ascending from the east does not really mean that he has a wing, wearing white dress and whatever characteristics of an angel as what you've known.]
We are not saying that Angels have wings except in artistic expressions and use of analogical language. WHAT WE ARE DENYING IS THAT FELIX MANALO IS AN ANGEL. DEFINITELY MANALO IS HUMAN, NOT AN ANGEL. HE DIED, HE HUNGERED AND HE SUFFERED THIRST. JESUS MORE THAN A MAN BECAUSE HE RESURRECTED AGAIN. Manalo never resurrected. He is still dead. Dead as dead.
[It is clearly stated in the Holy Scriptures that he was prophesied to teach the good news of salvation...]
HA, HA, HA... THAT PROPHESY REFERRED TO JESUS NOT TO FELIX MANALO. THE BIBLE SAYS THAT THE GOOD NEWS CAME THROUGH JESUS CHRIST NOT THROUGH FELIX MANALO. HA, HA, HA... DON'T HALLUCINATE.
[Time is too short for me to explain these...By the way, I'm a member of the Iglesia ni Cristo.]
IT'S OBVIOUS THAT YOU ARE AN INC. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR BEING HONEST ABOUT THAT. TAKE THAM FOR YOUR EXPLANATIONS.

INM are day dreaming of proclaiming that Felix Manalo is an angel from the east wherein, there is no such prophesy like that in the bible. Manalo is not an angel and definitely NOT. His name even end up to 666 or anti-Christ which is also the teaching of his founded church that Jesus Christ is only a plain human being and not GOD. They are using certain translated bible that favor there textual interpretation and quoting certain verses before jumping to another kind of translated bible.
ReplyDeleteWell said, Bro. Noel.
ReplyDeleteGlory be to the God the Father, God the Son and the Holy Spirit!!Glory to the Holy Trinity One God!!!
Good day Father Abe!

ReplyDeleteThanks for posting, very entertaining Fr. Abe.
Good day Fr. Abe,
ReplyDeleteAnother teaching of the INCM is that the expression in the bible: "...ends of the earth" (Acts. 1:1-8) which is an english for "mga dulo ng lupa", or "kinatumyan sa yuta" (I'm Bisaya) refers to "time or panahon" certain period of time kuno which is equivalent to "end of the world" . You see Father i could not see the synonimity of the "ends of the earth" and "end of the world or end of the earth" . You see how shallow the exegesis of their ministers. They've tried to make it one which according to them: Ang ends of the earth ay katumbas din ng mga wakas na ng lupa." Por que and "ends" ay plural sabi nila "mga wakas" parang kawawa naman ang fallacy of equivocation kumbaga "end or ends magkapareha ng tunog.... hahahahahahaha!
Reaction Father?
Cenon? Ako ba? Regular ko iyang binibisita. AT SI BRO. CENON AT AKO AY MAGKAIBIGAN NG PERSONAL.
ReplyDeleteDear Eduardo,
ReplyDeleteThat is a very shallow argument really because the earth is round and therefore there is no end to it. That term 'end of the earth' is merely an analogical statement, a figure of speech and definitely does not refer to a single nation especially the Philippines.
WELL SAID FR. ABE!! GALING!! PANALO TAYO!!
ReplyDeleteHA, HA, HA... THANK YOU SWISS GUARD.
ReplyDeleteFr. Abe, as I write elsewhere in your blog, INC ministers love to quote Admiral George Dewey, who is supposed to have said that the US needs an outpost in the Far East and the Philippines is ideal for that purpose.
ReplyDeleteOnly the unlettered, as most INC members are, would believe that Felix Manalo is the angel rising from the far east as prophesied in the bible.
First off, the bible says east, not far east. But even if it does say far east, take note that the first letters of the two words are in lower case, which means that the phrase refers to a point in the compass, not to a region in the world map.
Even if the letters were capitalized, i.e., Far East, it wouldn't help to advance the fantastic claim of the INC either. Last time I checked, the countries that belong to the Far East are Japan and Korea. The Philippines is in Southeast Asia and therefore falls outside this geographical location.
Unfortunately, ordinary people cannot see the distinction. The INC leadership misleads millions by exploiting their ignorance. This is a satanic cult indeed.
