Clergy House of the Diocese of Sorsogon

These pictures were made last year. We went to the clergy house early in the morning to celebrate a Holy Mass for a diocesan priest who returned to the Father's House. We were together as a community with the Somascan Sisters and the girls under their care.

This House for the Clergy was a long time dream of the priests and Bishops in Sorsogon. But the project was realized by Bishop Arturo M. Bastes, SVD, DD who gathered enough amount together with the Sorsogon priests through sponsorships at home and abroad for the completion of the House.

Now it houses the Bishop and his Curia as well as the Chancery. It is also a place where priests can stay or gather together for prayers, joint celebration of the Holy Mass and for common meetings.

The place in Bibincahan is surrounded by beautiful views of the mountains, the green fields and the village.
