All religious are coming togther from various parts of the country, some even from abroad to take part in this important even in our religious life. Only few are given exemptions such as those who have to stay in the local house.

He served as parish priest of St. Jerome Emiliani Parish in Ayala, Alabang for many years until his retirement. However, retirement for us Somascans does not mean doing nothing. Fr. Cesar is teaching Patristics, History, Arts Appreciation and Music to our religious. Hardworking to the end.
Bro. Noel reporting. I find it very beautiful in this retreat that our religious were so happy and eager to share their ideas and spiritual reflections.

  2. Dear PikaMan,

Yan ang accronym ng opisyal na pangalan ng aming Congregation. SJ [Society of Jesus] for the Jesuits, OP [Order of Preacher] for the Dominicans, etc.

Ours is CRS which is short of CLERICS REGULAR OF SOMASCA. That is why we are called SOMASCAN FATHERS AND BROTHERS.
