PRESIDENT-ELECT BENIGNO 'NOYNOY' AQUINO III PRAYED THE ROSARY IN FRONT OF PARENTS' TOMB

The newly proclaimed President-Elect of the Philippines, Noynoy Aquino, visited the tomb of his parents former Senator Benigno Aquino Jr. and former President Corazaon C. Aquino. Both his parents are well-loved figures in Philippine Contemporary history... both are considered national heroes by popular acclaim.

The president-elect was accompanied by his Sisters and Brother-In-Laws and Nephews. They prayed the Holy Rosary before the Tomb for the success of his service to the nation as the country's 15th President. It is also noteworthy that his father was assasinated with Rosary being held closely on hand and the late president Cory was a champion promoter of the Holy Rosary when she was still alive. She was called even by the highly secular Time Magazine as "The Saint of Democracy". Indeed she was and she is.

The recitation of the Holy Rosary was led by his famous sister, Kris Aquino-Yap known as the Oprah of the Philippine televison or The Queen of Talk. She is a famous TV host, talent search judge, entertainment editor-writer-publisher, recording artist and an award winning actress.

May President Noynoy Aquino remain faithful to the ideals of his parents and usher the nation to economic development under the patronage of Mary the Queen of the Philippine Islands.
