IN DEFENSE OF THE CATECHISM OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH VS. A LYING ANTI-CATHOLIC, Part 9 The Correct Interpretation of the Word of God

St. Jerome, priest and doctor of the Church - translator of the Latin Bible. Shown here in Catholic Action's Confraternity Bible.

Fr. Abe, CRS said...

[Catechism 10. Scripture is to be interpreted in the sense in which it has been define by the Magisterium [113, 119]]

NOW, YOU HAVE BEEN FOUND AND PROVEN A LIAR, LIAR, LIAR BEYOND ANY REASONABLE DOUBT. I AM AMAZED BY YOUR CAPACITY TO LIE AND DECEIVE PEOPLE. DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT A PRIEST CAN BE DECEIVED BY YOUR DECEPTIVE CLAIMS?

I HAVE A COPY OF CATECHISM OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH IN FRONT OF MY STUDY AND OFFICE TABLE DAILY AND I AM USING THE SAME BOOK AS REFERENCE FOR MY THEOLOGY CLASSES. DO YOU THINK THAT YOU CAN LIE THROUGH YOUR TEETH WITHOUT BEING CAUGHT? HA, HA, HA...

CCC#113 2. Read the Scripture within "the living Tradition of the whole Church". According to a saying of the Fathers, Sacred Scripture is written principally in the Church's heart rather than in documents and records, for the Church carries in her Tradition the living memorial of God's Word, and IT IS THE HOLY SPIRIT WHO GIVES HER THE SPIRITUAL INTERPRETATION OF THE SCRIPTURE (". . . according to the spiritual meaning which THE SPIRIT grants to the Church"81).

YOU DEMONICALLY CLAIMS THAT OUR INTERPRETATION OF THE SCRIPTURE IS BASED ON THE MAGISTERIUM AND NOT AS WHAT THE BIBLE TEACHES, i.e., FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT. YET, IF YOU WILL READ THE ACTUAL STATEMENT OF THE CCC THE CHURCH PROCLAIMS THAT THE INTERPRETATION OF SCRIPTURES COMES FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT AND THAT SHE ADMONISHES HER FAITHFUL TO STUDY THE SCRIPTURES BY BEING FAITHFUL TO THE INTERPRETATION OF THE HOLY SPIRIT WHICH GOD HAD HANDED TO THE CHURCH.

YOU ARE CHANGING OUR CATHOLIC DOCTRINES TO SUIT YOUR SATANIC OBJECTIVE. AND YOU ARE EMPLOYING THE SAME TACTIC: DECEPTION. YOU ARE CAUGHT WITH YOUR PANTS AND YOUR BRAIN CELLS DOWN. SORRY FOR YOU.

CCC#119 "It is the task of exegetes to work, according to these rules, towards a better understanding and explanation of the meaning of Sacred Scripture in order that their research may help the Church to form a firmer judgment. For, of course, all that has been said about the manner of interpreting Scripture is ultimately subject to the judgement of the Church which exercises the divinely conferred commission and ministry of watching over and interpreting the Word of God."

BOTH CATHOLIC AND PROTESTANTS, EVANGELICALS AND BORN AGAIN, INC AND ADD, ETC. ARE USING EXEGESIS... MEANING SCHOLARLY STUDY OF THE TEXTS OF THE SACRED SCRIPTURES. EACH OF THESE RELIGIONS HAVE PASTORS AND MINISTERS WHO ARE TEACHING THEIR INTERPRETATION OF THE SCRIPTURES. THUS, TO CONSIDER THIS AS CONTRARY TO THE HOLY SPIRIT IS ABSURD, ILLOGICAL AND DOWNRIGHT STUPID. GOD GAVE US REASON IN ORDER TO BETTER UNDERSTAND THE FAITH AND BE ABLE TO RESEARCH THE SCHOLARS' COMMENTARIES OF SACRED SCRIPTURES.

BESIDES, THIS CCC ARTICLE ONCE AGAIN DOES NOT EXPRESS WHAT YOU ARE CLAIMING TO BE OUR DOCTRINE.

[Bible - Scripture must be Interpreted in the original sense intended by the Holy Spirit (2 Peter 3:14-16)]

HERE IS YOUR BIBLICAL TEXT:

2 Peter 3:14-16 And so, my friends, as you wait for that Day, do your best to be pure and faultless in God's sight and to be at peace with him. Look on our Lord's patience as the opportunity he is giving you to be saved, just as our dear friend Paul wrote to you, using the wisdom that God gave him. This is what he says in all his letters when he writes on the subject. There are some difficult things in his letters which ignorant and unstable people explain falsely, as they do with other passages of the Scriptures. So they bring on their own destruction.

THAT ADMONITION OF ST. PETER, OUR FIRST POPE, STRIKES TERROR IN YOUR SOLA SCRIPTURA AND NOT ON CATHOLIC DOCTRINE. BECAUSE IN SOLA SCRIPTURA IT WILL ME: "ME AND THE BIBLE ALONE". EVERY INTERPRETATION OF EACH INDIVIDUAL IS CORRECT BECAUSE AS YOU CLAIMED EACH HAS THE RIGHT AND ABILITY TO INTERPRET SCRIPTURES. SO, EVERY BODY IS CORRECT. NO WRONG INTERPRETATIONS. THIS WILL LEAD TO DOCTRINAL CHAOS.

THAT IS WHY THE NON-CATHOLICS ARE DIVIDING AND DIVIDING WITH NEW RELIGIONS YEAR AFTER YEAR. WHY? BECAUSE SOLA SCRIPTURA IS A FORMULA FOR CHAOS AND DIVISIONS. WHEN ONE DISAGREES WITH HIS PASTOR HE MAKES HIMSELF A PASTOR AND BUILDS HIS OWN CHURCH OR FELLOWSHIP. HA, HA, HA...

CONCERNING THE HOLY SPIRIT AS THE INTERPRETER OF THE SCRIPTURE THAT IS A CATHOLIC DOCTRINE NOT YOURS. THE TOPIC UNDER WHICH YOUR ARTICLES WERE TAKEN THE TITLE READS:

III. THE HOLY SPIRIT, INTERPRETER OF SCRIPTURE

CCC#109 In Sacred Scripture, GOD speaks to man in a human way. To interpret Scripture correctly, the reader must be attentive to what the human authors truly wanted to affirm, and to what God wanted to reveal to us by their words.

CCC#110 In order to discover the sacred authors' intention, the reader must take into account the conditions of their time and culture, the literary genres in use at that time, and the modes of feeling, speaking and narrating then current. "For the fact is that truth is differently presented and expressed in the various types of historical writing, in prophetical and poetical texts, and in other forms of literary expression."

CCC#111 But since Sacred Scripture is inspired, there is another and no less important principle of correct interpretation, without which Scripture would remain a dead letter. "Sacred Scripture must be read and interpreted in the light of the same Spirit by whom it was written."

SEE CCC#111: "SACRED SCRIPTURE MUST BE READ AND INTERPRETED IN THE LIGHT OF THE SAME SPIRIT BY WHOM IT WAS WRITTEN."

YOU SEE, THE CATHOLIC DOCTRINE IS BIBLICAL! HE, HE, HE...
