These are excerpts from two letters. The first would have been sent to Msgr. Annibale Bugnini (code name Buan) from the Grand Master of Masonry. The second would be the response of the liturgist to the leader of the Lodges, communicating the accomplishment of the mission well before the fixed time. THERE YOU ARE! ahahaha.

ReplyDeleteReply: IT is true that during the Second Vatican Council, there were delegates from other religion such as the orthodox and protestant Church. They cannot influence the council fathers because they have not given any authority to speak to the council nor make any suggestions.
Second, The Consilium ad exsequendam Constitutionem de Sacra Liturgia, which Paul VI and created and where Bugnini serve as an expert was created in 1964 in Implementing the "Sacrosanctum Concilium" but its draft was completed only in 1967.
According to Wikipedia:
"By October 1967, the Consilium had produced a complete draft revision of the liturgy, and this revision was presented to the Synod of Bishops that met in Rome in that month. The bishops attended the first public celebration of the revised rite in the Sistine Chapel. When asked to vote on the new liturgy, 71 bishops voted placet (approved), 43 voted non placet (not approved) and 62 voted placet iuxta modum (approved with reservations). In response to the bishops' concerns, some changes were made to the text."

So we see here that it was not only in the authority of Paul VI that the Novus Ordo was approved but was approved by the bishops themselves.
And granting should Mons. Bugnini was a freemason, Paul VI should have not put him in IRAQ but excommunicated and defrocked him. But on the other hand of course he is not a mason.
If he was indeed a mason, Bugnini should have also abolished the eucharist itself in order to successfully kill the tradition of the Church. BUt he did not.
THose who say that the mass of Paul VI is infiltrated by the devil lacks the confidence of the promise of Jesus Himself to Peter: "THat your faith may not fail".

ReplyDeleteOf course the Pauline Mass is also approved by the Bishops. It is just like the Catechism of the Catholic Church. It was the Pope who approved and promulgated it but prior to the Pope's final decision the Bishops also approved it in their own Dioceses. That is why it is the Universal decision of the Church. Pope Paul VI was not a dictator. He was a peaceful and loving man.
Bugnini's assignment in Iraq according to the enemies of the faith is a demotion. O NO, NO, NO... For a Catholic Missionary to be sent to a difficult assignment was an honor. In fact, Pope John XXIII as Arch. Angelo Giuseppe Roncally as Apostolic Nuncio to Turkey. It's an honor and a privilege. Only the bright and the best were given difficult assignments.
It was a manifestation of the Pope's unswerving respect to Msgr. Bugnini. The Monsignor died as a loyal son of the Catholic Church unlike Lefebvre who rebelled like Lucifer.
If the Mason wanted to destroy the Church they would prefer that the liturgy would remain in Latin in that way people will not be able to understand first hand the Liturgy. But the fact that Msgr. Bugnini preferred the vernacular was detrimental to Protestants and Anti-Catholics. Because from now on the lay people will be more active in the Liturgy and they can understand the readings and the Canon. It is more beneficial to the Church.
INDEED, CHRIST PROMISED THE BLESSED PETER THAT HIS FAITH WILL NOT FAIL. ONLY THE FAITH OF LEFEBVRE AND THE SEDEVACANTISTS HAS FAILED. NOT THAT OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH.

You are correct regarding about wikipedia. It may not be as reliable as I think it is. But on the further research I made the statement that I quoted in my previous comment is well supported. But to satisfy your desire for more credibility, perhaps we can look to the former master of ceremony himself Piero Marini, student of Anibale Bugnini in his book " A challengening reform":
“ The Bishops were able to attend a celebration of Mass in the Sistine Chapel according to the new Ordo Missae. The Synod of Bishops approved the work of reform being carried out by the Consilium by a wide majority in spite of a few difficulties.”
(Marini, Piero, "A challenging Reform": 2007 Liturgical Pres., pg 138.)
So we see that the description of Wikipedia and Piero Archbishop Marini is indeed factual
