You are giving too much undue advantage to your haughty spokesperson who appears to be an ignoramus in the field of law.

Naturingang summa cum laude sa UP Diliman (Philosophy) at graduate ng prestihiyosong UP College of Law tapos ayun SUMEMPLANG sa Bar! BAGSAK! Nakakahiya sa UP College of Law at mas kahiya-hiya sa Iglesia ninyo. Hindi ba nanalangin iyan nung magti-take ng Bar? Eh ba’t hindi pinakinggan ng Dios eh apo ng Anghel iyan at anak ng Executive Minister ninyo. Hindi kinasihan ng langit kaya sinawimpalad.

Kaya ikaw ugok, tumingin ka muna sa Iglesia ninyo. Ipakita mo muna na mataas ang passing average sa Bar ng New Era University College of Law ninyo. Aba eh walang panama sa Ateneo naming iyan. Ni kuko hindi maihahambing. Parang libag lang na nakakapit sa kilikili ng Anghel na me Anghit. Ha ha ha]

    SC denies Manalo petition

    I would not dare say it was Ka Erdie who had the not-too-brilliant idea of filing a petition with Bar Confidant of the Supreme Court seeking a review of Dorothy Manalo’s test papers in the bar examinations given last year.

    The Bar Confidant in turn, endorses the petition to the Court en banc.Like similar petitions filed before, it was denied en banc.
    I must express my appreciation and respect for the Court for making this not-too-monumental decision.

    If the tribunal had entertained, meaning granted, the petition, there would be as many petitions as flunkers. We must remember that the recent passing average in bar examinations is not even 20 per cent.

    If there are 1,000 taking the exams and only 200 pass, it would be reasonable for the 800 who failed to file a petition.

    They would do so only if there is a precedent which the Manalo petition could have created had it not been denied.

    Imagine at least half of the 800 flunkers filing a petition. That would clog the dockets of the court. By the time, the petition is reviewed and denied or granted, the petitioner would have been of such age that he or she can have a child in the law school.

  4. MONSTER IN LAW. She’s a product of the UP College of Law. She was confident of passing the most recent Bar Exams. But to her surprise, she flunked it. Her influential family filed a petition at the Supreme Court to review her test papers. But the court en banc dismissed it. Identify this unlucky girl.
